STAN ROACH RETURNS AS CLUB FITTER AND REPAIR

The Golf Club at Ballantyne and Dana Rader Golf School are pleased to welcome back professional club fitter Stan Roach to provide comprehensive custom club fitting and club repair, as well as assistance with purchasing clubs. With more than eighteen years of experience in the golf equipment industry, Stan recognizes the importance of personalized customer service, striving to find appropriate clubs for players of all levels, from novices to PGA professionals. Through an extensive process of fitting both statically and dynamically, Stan evaluates multiple key factors specific to each golfer, including shaft length, lie angle, shaft flex, grip size and club head design, as well as how it affects the ball flight.  Stan also uses the Zelocity Launch Monitor Driver Fittings, distance measurement and clubfitting.

"Playing with the right clubs is essential for golfers to reach their full potential, and Stan has a proven ability to assist players in finding the perfect fit," says Woody Allen, Director of Golf, The Golf Club of Ballantyne Hotel and Lodge.

"Stan is a master at anticipating a player's needs," says Dana Rader, "by analyzing a player's swing with regards to a variety of characteristics, Stan is able to fit the player to achieve maximum comfort and confidence."

Stan is involved as a service to the customer in all Signature Schools, Fundamental Three Day Schools, Two Day Schools and Womens Academy Golf Schools. This fitting service is included in the tuition of the school, to assist players in determining the best clubs to purchase for them.

Dana Rader and Julie Cole Named
To Top 50 Teacher List by THE lpga

The honors continue for Dana Rader and Julie Cole who have been named to Top 50 female instructors by the LPGA. The women on the list must have at least 10 years teaching experience, be Class-A members of the LPGA Teaching & Club Professional Division.

Dana Rader Golf School Named To Golf Magazine’s Top 25 Best in America

"When you want the numbers low, these are the places to go,” stated Golf Magazine with its list of  "The 25 Best Golf Schools in America". 

"I am so proud of what this school has accomplished,” said Dana Rader, founder and owner of the school located at the Ballantyne Resort in Charlotte.  The scoring system used by Golf Magazine places the Dana Rader School 13th among the Top 25 and Number 1 in North Carolina.

Nearly 3,700 alumni of various golf schools filled out questionnaires about their experiences. Answers in the following three questions were weighed:

• Was the instructor helpful toward improving your game?
• Would recommend this golf school to a friend?
• With one being the lowest and 10 being the highest, please give this school an overall rating.
